This notice explains how Fernando Gasque Consulting handles website inquiries and newsletter signups.
Consultation requests
The fit call form collects your name, email, business name or idea, trade, business stage, area of interest, preferred session language, optional message, and consent timestamp. Please share only a brief overview. Do not submit payroll records, employee identifiers, bank details, or confidential bid documents here.
Fernando uses this information to review your request and arrange a conversation. Submitting the form does not book a meeting, start a paid engagement, or subscribe you to the newsletter.
Field Notes newsletter
The separate newsletter form asks for your email address and permission to receive Field Notes. It records your consent, signup time, and subscription status. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting Fernando. Email delivery is not yet active in this preview.
Website services and access
Inquiries and newsletter records are stored in the website’s PostgreSQL database and are accessible through a protected admin area. The admin uses an essential session cookie to keep the administrator signed in. Public content uses locally served fonts and images; this preview has no advertising trackers or analytics from outside services. Hosting providers may process routine technical logs. No payment information is collected.
Published feedback
Testimonials are published only after the administrator records permission. Feedback is identified as a consulting client experience or a professional relationship.
